Microchip ICD2. I'm not sure what the US price is, but I paid =A380 for m=
ine,
which equates to around $150.

The nice thing about the ICD2 is that it can be used as a debugger as wel=
l as
a programmer. I haven't used my Wisp628 for ages :)
