Hi,

Does anyone know of a place where I could buy a couple of those tiny coax 
connectors they use on mini-pci wifi cards?? And would they be easy enough to 
hand-solder?? 

I got a card out of an old router that's gone dead.. but the antennae were 
directly soldered onto the card.. currently, I have cut and removed the 
shielding of the wires about 6 cm and use them instead, but the signal 
strength is rather weak.. I can only reach the router in the next room.. my 
notebook has got internal antennae though, but i cannot connect them without 
said connectors..

Alternatively, any other suggestions to boost the reception strength??
