I'm sure they will accommodate you at Wright-Patterson.
Best to not tell them in advance, just fly into their airspace and
land on whatever runway suits you. ;-)

That would put you on par with the little plane that tried to fly over DC last week.

I moved from the Dayton area five years ago.. Yes, I miss the hamfest.
