The idea is that he is guilty but we don't know yet for what. So he must 
be punished, and we'll see later about the reason. Now, knowing this, 
and the fact that these things happen over and over and OVER again on 
this list, WHY would one want to comment on a thread like this ? In 
fact, WHY am I commenting on this ?
