You probably can't do that legally. In most places, anything plugged into the wall will require safety approval(UL or similar) and depending on the oscillator frequency, will require FCC approval. This is specifically for the U.S., however similar requirements exist in other countries. Selling as a kit could also be a problem, at least in the U.S., as I seem to recall that if you specify all the parts (housing, power cord, etc.) the agencies have the opinion that since you know what the end form of the product will be, it is reasonable to test a unit. ken klumia@adelphia.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "microsoftwarecontrol" To: Sent: Tuesday, May 17, 2005 3:32 AM Subject: [PIC] Look, @-@, one of my design. comments please. http://ca.geocities.com/microsoftwarecontrol/tmpr/tmpr.htm What about I put it on ebay to sell? -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
