I have a couple questions for you Eagle users:

A) Does the 'Light' version limit the schematic space as well as the
board space?  It seems like I can zoom all I want, but can't draw and
move stuff outside of a specific view.  Maybe it's something stuipid
I'm doing.

B) Anyone have any tips for laying out components to optimize single
side boards, i.e., minimize the vias?  I plan on putting zero-ohm
resistors in the schematic instead of vias and top-side layers, and
want to minimize the number of them (as well as the drill holes, pads,
solder, uglyness, etc).  Is there a better way?
