Google says it's 60Watts RMS, and I'm guessing it's an 8 Ohm driver. P(rms) = V^2/8RL V = SQR(P * 8RL) = SQR(60 * 8 * 8) = 62volts. Add a bit of overhead for losses and supply sag and 40-0-40 or possibly a little less looks like a reasonable value for the rectified supply rails, which would point to a secondary voltage of ~28-0-28. I guess the primary has burnt out? If so have you checked for a thermal fuse within the transformer itself?
