Thank you.  Unfortunately, I have been finding out the hard way just how
big the gap is between a "mostly compete design", and a tested, ready-to
publish project or contest entry.  I have two other designs that are 
more
interesting to me, and more complete, but still not quite ready.  Maybe
80% done; only 80% more time to go.  Sigh.  I actually purchase the 
parts
for the 3-terminal Black regulator a couple weeks ago.  Maybe in a 
couple
more weeks I'll get it put together and tested ;-)

(besides, this is Alison's design...)
