Good day to all.

I'm doing a device search for an odd-ball Schottky diode in a TO-220 
package.  I currently use both MBR745 (7A 45V) or MBR1045 (10A 45V) - both 
are Cathode to the tab.  I'm trying to find a similar part but with either 
1) no connection to the tab *or* 2) Anode to tab.

Anyone know of such an animal?
