Sorry to hijack this thread, but it is a related 
question!

I can't use trace route from my home network (ADSL with 
a Router) - it shows the router itself but everything 
after that shows three asterisks.  This is probably 
because the firewall settings in the router are stopping 
them coming back.  

What to I have to let through the router for trace route 
to work?
