Well I just ordered (and has been dispatched) mine from Mouser = 
U$9.95 + U$12.95 P&P no handling charge and no min order qty.

This is still cheaper than paying full price for the kit to Australia.

Now lets see, live in Oz paid in U$ with a UK credit card, hmm, I 
wonder what the saving will be after all the conversions.
