And in the future, I will be watching for this sort of behavior and clamping
down on it much faster.

The rudeness of posting garbage on the PIC channel is MUCH worse than anyone
hiding behind a fake name. AND I WILL NOT TOLLERATE IT ANY FURTHER ON THIS
LIST.

Finally, there is no requirement in the List FAQ or that I am aware of for
posters to use their real name. If any member has a problem with someone on
the list, feels that someone is being rude by not using a real name, or any
other stupid thing, REPORT IT TO ME AND NOT, __NOT___, NOTTTTTT TO THE LIST.
BITCHING ABOUT PEOPLE ON LIST WILL RESULT IN MODERATION OR REMOVAL.

Now, with regard to the replies THIS email will generate:

- No, this list isn't a democracy. If you don't like the way we run it,
volunteer to be and admin or GET OFF!

- I don't care if you think this is a harsh response, DON'T SAY SO ON LIST.
If you have  problem with me, email ME (jamesnewton@piclist.com) directly,
offlist, not on list and we will have a nice chat about it. If you complain
on list, you will be moderated or removed.

- I know I left the [PIC] tag on this email. If I hadn't, people who only
get [PIC] traffic might pile on this flame because they didn't get this
post.
