Ahhh... The Olimex PIC-PG2C, I have one of those myself. It's quite effective, but be aware it's not likely to work on many laptops. (or anything else with low serial port voltage) It does ICSP too, but beware of potential ground issues - programmer ground is -5V from PC ground. Oh yeah, I can vouch for the seller too. I've bought from Peter Anderson before - prompt - courtious - and accurate. -Denny > Try this > > http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4661&item=7512974540&rd=1 > > I have one and it works great. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Olin Lathrop" > To: "Microcontroller discussion list - Public." > Sent: Tuesday, May 03, 2005 4:43 AMi > Subject: Re: [BUY] Who sells pre-programmed PICs? > > > > James Newton, Host wrote: > > > Where can a kid get a PIC loaded with a HEX file for whatever so he > > > doesn't have to build a programmer to get started with robots or > > > whatever? > > -- > http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive > View/change your membership options at > http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
