We were doing a tour of the South Island with George. George seemed to enjoy having his photo taken in all sorts of interesting places. It's hard to tell as he has a rather stuffed attitude when it comes to answering questions. But I digress. When we were in Christchurch in the square the Wiz was there on his alumin(i)um ladder haranguing the crowd, as one does (or he does anyway). He went on for quite some while and didn't seem to be going to stop anytime soon, so I interrupted him and asked if he would hold our Monkey while I took a photo. He was most happy to oblige. Alas, he also took it into his head to bless said monkey at the same time. Most traumatic. What with the cost of exorcisms these days and all. I wanted to fly the monkey from the outside observation gallery of the Cathedral (which gives the city its name) to the square below as I thought it would appreciate the experience, and the photo would be worthwhile, but my wife opined that it may take a liking to the roof and be hard to persuade down. I suppose she was right - you can never be sure what a blessed monkey is going to do.
