Well, I understand how you feel and I agree that CadSoft should pull its head out and fix their libraries, but it isn't about helping CadSoft. It's about helping the people who use CadSoft. Yes, that would indirectly help CadSoft. But, for example, if someone took the time to make a complete library that was well done and correct, then posted it on a web page with a note detailing the failings of the CadSoft default libraries and how these libraries fix those problems, CadSoft would be... Chastised, I guess is the right word, and might eventually come knocking. That would fix the problem and perhaps even some money could be charged as a further... Discipline (?)... For the company.
