You can see what others have posted and follow a link to add to the collection yourself. One warning, some of these user created libraries are just plain wrong. Wrong pin outs, wrong part names and wrong land patterns. And there is no standard in how to draw the schematic symbols so some may look quite odd. Also, there is considerable duplication of effort. That said, it is still a valuable resource. Even if you can't use the part exactly as drawn, it might be faster to edit than to start from scratch. Just be sure to check anything you download for accuracy.
