You should always give your messages a subject.

1.    IC Prog is free software for programming PICs on a number of 
supported programmers.

If you look at http://www.ic-prog.com/programmers.html you'll find the 
above list and if you click on the entries you will in many cases see 
a circuit. Note that they are not all PIC programmers and anot all PIC 
programmers may support all PIC types. but a bit of browsing will give 
you a good idea of what can be achieved.
