Worth a read.

It's surprisingly good as an engineering perspective. See through 
Darth's eyes the events that occur. Note the systems failures, staff 
incompetence, interaction with forces he cannot fully control, plan 
how to bring the plan together, ...

Not totally my style but far more than the 1 minute grin I had 
expected.

Being a blog, reading from the bottom up makes times sense. But 
reading the top entry first will give you a reasonable feel of what to 
expect and "Calgon, Take Me Away" could, with minor changes, have come 
out of many managers diaries.
