partsexpress.com is in the Dayton OH area, and has small clad unpunched
and punched boards, the price isn't too bad.  Lot of other stuff like
connecters, wall warts, etc, mostly for car/home audio installations. 
Else the old Radio Schack style punched unclad boards are hard to find,
but Vector boards are avail from Mouser (intended for wire wrap) and
might get you their.
