Hello, Does anyone know if an MPF103 can 'replace' an MPF102? FET I'm looking at a few ham circuits, and the 102 is very common. I have none in my parts box, but I do have some MPF103s. The problem is I haven't been able to locate a datasheet for the 103, so I can't really compare them. Even though there's only 1 digit difference, what I have here might not even be a FET! I tried the usual sites to find cross-ref data or datasheets, but I've had 0 success. Thanks for help, Christian -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
