That's how those old hippy and psychadelic posters were made
3D - best with red lettering on a blue background. The eyes have
to keep changing focus from the long-wl red to the short-wl blue
and there's no way to actually hold focus on the boundary. Graphic
and package designers use the effect to add depth

I suppose you could say that a red+blue design is not a "safe"
combination because of the eye strain it could cause
