I have seen TCP/IP hardware for about $49 USD or less for qty of <100 I have not tried it yet, but I plan to tinker in the near future. In the near future, I will release complete design (including gerber files) on my site. Hovewer if you need external RAM memory and more peripherals (SPI flash, RTC, etc), you will need 4-layer board.
