RTL8019AS can be very easily hooked to ATmega128 on 2-layer board.
In the near future, I will release complete design (including gerber files)
on my site.
Hovewer if you need external RAM memory and more peripherals
(SPI flash, RTC, etc), you will need 4-layer board.
