The following probably only applies if your ISP uses BrightMail anti-spam software. Mine does, but didn't advise of this service until I submitted missed spam informally. My ISP runs a reasonably effective anti-spam filter but a small amount still slips through. They have recently introduced a service whereby you can submit missed SPAM emails to BrightMail (owned by Symantec) for processing by their antispam system based on a range of parameters. The submission is faster than any other method I have seen so far and gives (me at least) a sense of empowerment against these usurpers. Using this service makes your ISPs product more effective for you. My ISP provides the address missedspam@paradise.net.nz Spam MUST be forwarded as an attachment. They may take spam sourced via other ISPs but your ISP or BrightMail / Symantec themselves may have a similar submission system.
