lots place use 10uF tantalum + 0.01uF ceramic cap.
How about I use only one 4.7uF ceramic cap instead?
Any thing wrong with such replacement?

by the way, I need some 0805/1206/1210, 0.01uF/200V ceramic cap .=20
I have spare and am willing to exchange and I with:
