Anyone have any favorite bootloaders for the 18F4610? I've looked at the
TinyBootloader and the TheByteFactory CodeLoader. I'm kinda leading
towards the CodeLoader code, which is written in CCS C. Though
considerably larger, you just send the hex files to it and they are
decoded in the bootloader instead of in the host program. However, the
CodeLoader code seems to make calls of several functions that are not
included in the package of files. I'm moving it over to Microchip C, so
perhaps those function calls are defined in CCS C.

Any comments?
