All,

 I too have used Pay Pal for many years for online sales and for=20
 ebay sales and purchases, and I have never had any problems with=20
 it.  I think Pay Pal is great.   Of course, all my dealings have=20
 been domestic, so that may factor in somehow, but otherwise, I'm=20
 completely satisfied and happy with the service.
