Add power inverter 12v to 110v in your car and
buy 4 channel digital video recorder with hard
drive built in you do not need pic, flash or any
thing http://www.matco.com  click on digital 
video recorder on your left. Total you are looking
at about 500-600$. Unfortunately there is no end of
making stories like piclist did made stories about my 
post "card reader" without knowing any thing about me.
3 years ago I sent 3000 Zilog microcontroller to piclist
"one of you" I never asked any penny.
