I've got a bunch of JPGs taken at 1 minute intervals. I'm wondering if
anybody knows of FREE software which will take these JPGs and render
them as an MPG at 30fps?

Windows or Linux, either would be OK.

I've searched with google but the only hits I get (aside from the tons
of slideshow producing software) are crippleware.
