How about the ubicom (scenix) 2000 series?  Depending on what they mean 
by "code/data ram", it looks like some of them fit...

I dunno what they had to do to their architecture to support an 80k 
address space (yeah, I know - but that's what it SAYS) but you might 
even be able to bend JAL to it...
