I have an eye simulator (used for calibarting optometrical equipment). Add a rubber mask, a slide with an iris shot of yours and a bag of warm water to make the heat sensors happy and we'll go wherever you go after fixing some details, such as the timing on the servo that will twitch the 'eye' so it does not appear dead. I am not even sure all this is needed, the slide alone and a warmed empty coffee mug to hold behind it may be enough.
