Good day, I am looking to build a line driver that can be used to communicate on different networks. A microcontroller will be programmed to take care of the protocol, but the line driver should be capable of supporting voltage levels and impedances associated with RS232, RS485, CAN, LIN, OBDII etc. I welcome any feedback on this, including reasons of why it cannot be done or suggestions on doing it differently. Thank you. Regards Jason Dini -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
