I know these have somewhat worse characteristics. Another question: is it mandatory to put a special capacitor over the power supply near the bridge FETs? At first guess I thought so, but maybe it is a bad idea: it would worsen the effect of shootthrough, and the load is inductive, so the load current won't have sudden changes anyway?
