I only have experience with Loctite/Multicore RM10 dispensing paste and one of their stencilling pastes. With the dispensing paste, I've had no problem with stuff that has been constantly refrigerated for months. However, taking it out, bringing up to room temp and then putting it back in the fridge does start to take its toll after a few cycles. It also doesn't last long in the sun. The stencilling paste seems to stay good forever, regardless of temperature.
