I clearly remember PIP in CP/M, but after reading Peter's post, I seem to
remember the DOS-style commands, too.  I also remember there was something
very strange about the CP/M PIP, But I can't recall what it was.  Perhaps
CP/M PIP was limited in some way ... maybe only for copying between devices?
