This is something I've been wondering about.  RGB LEDs are much more
common (and generally both brighter and cheaper as well) in common
cathode form, but I've found precious little in terms of high-side
drive control circuits, and certainly nothing remotely as standard as
the ULN2003 or 2N7000.  Does anyone have any suggestions/
recomendations for inexpensive high-side drive in the 20-100mA range?
