Is that possible ? I understood the INTOSC is RC-based and
my experiences with other PIC RC oscillators is that they will
drift but not suddenly "jump". I couldn't say whether Microchip
use the same technology to fabricate INTOSC. Is there anything
in your code that could be changing the frequency ?
