My favorite is Vierzilinderzerknalltreipling, although I've probably
misspelled it.  This was a Hitler-word when the more traditional name for
this item was considered politically incorrect (not German enough).  Can you
figure out the literal translation and what the normal English word for this
item is?

So do speak fluent German?  You obviously know English very well, and I
assume Dutch is your native language and what you speak normally?
