Very good point. The one actually caught me on my first effort. I had followed the MChip diagram exactly, and nothing worked. A longer look indicated that the connector I had was exactly opposite of what MChip had, so even though the cable flipped the pinout, the connector ended up flipping it again! Very frustrating, I wish MChip would have had two diagrams...
