A sure indication that [ multiple :( ] standards are in effect!

The ICD2 jack seems to be the only real standard. Unfortunately it is
not a very robust connector. I often use DB15 (check Wisp628).
single-in-line header strips are also popular, but with different pin
assignments, and with or without a missing in as key.
