If you need ten seconds at the wrong side your speed difference (within
the legal limkts) is so small that you should not have overtaken at all.

I am not saying I don't do this myself, but if I do it I am aware that I
am breaking the speed limit and I won't complain if I get the bill for
it. My choice, mine to pay.
