Hi all
I was checking my ICD2 with the scope, and I noticed that I have data
in the RX line, coming from the PC, but the PIC doesn't answer. In the
TX line of the PIC i have short pulses, no matter what.
The ICD2 worked for a while and then stopped working, and the code was
reloaded several times (different bootloaders too). According to this,
could it be that the problem is that the PIC's USART got fried
somehow? The rest of the PIC seems to work OK. It's a 16F877.
I have another one, an 877A but I don't have the software to program
it (I have the NOPPP programmer). Winpic gives error even when
programming the non-A, while FPP reports no errors and reads and
writes to it normally.
