I am trying to create a pad with a rectangular through-hole slot in it. In the past, I have hacked these by placing a regular, round pad in Eagle= ,=20 then adding rectangles on the milling, pads, top and bottom copper layers= to=20 represent the real area of the pad. This always generates DRC errors, an= d a=20 "WHA??!?!?? YOU BEEN SMOKIN' SOMEHTIN???!??" from the board house. So fa= r,=20 no better ideas from the PIClist archives.
