I have some handy little commercially-made adapters that looks like a male & female connector joined end-to-end at the pins, with another set of pins coming off at right angles. I *think* they are (were?) made by 3M and they are incredibly useful for probing signals on standard 0.1" dual row connectors. Alas - I don't have a part number and I'm not even sure about who makes them. The ones I have are made from white plastic - does anyone else remember these? dwayne -- Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax Celebrating 20 years of Engineering Innovation (1984 - 2004) .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .- `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' Do NOT send unsolicited commercial email to this email address.
