Ok, let me rephrase my question.  Has anyone ever done any tests
regarding the amount of noise immunity a differential ADC provides as
opposed to a singled ended ADC?

Can anyone tell me what the CMRR is on the differential input ADC on
an ATMega128 or where I might find it?  I've been combing the complete
data sheet and it doesn't mention what sort of noise cancellation in
dB you can expect.
