There is - Microchip use it on their "PIC10F2xx Universal Programmer Adaptor" (part no. AC163020). It has the said ZIF socket plus a DIP socket for an 8-pin DIP (although strangely it is a 16-pin socket!) For connections to a programmer it has an ICD2-style RJ11 socket, a "BFMP" connector (for their new programmer for the 10Fs) and a connector for the PICkit 1. This adaptor may do the job Peter needed. The SOT23 ZIF socket seems to be made by CTi, and the part number looks like: 499-044-00.
