Hi,=20 =20 Just in case anyone was interested, I've done some more calculations and = the difference in accuracy between using 12-bits or 13-bits or more is on= ly a little more than 0=B01", so I decided to use a 12-bit A/D converter.= Maxim has got a very nice one, the MAX1236, I=B2C, 4 inputs (well, I onl= y needed 2, but 1 can be used as a refencence input, so I might try conne= cting it too Vdd to see if my power supply is better than the internal re= ference). Oh and it comes in a wonderfully small =B5SOP-8 package :). =20 The only problem I'm going to have now is that I'll have trouble making t= he PCB I'm afraid. With 22 components being on 4.2 cm=B2 (0.64 in=B2), al= l of them being 0603-sized except for 2 caps and the 3 ICs. It does look = cute though :). =20 I put up some info about it on my website here: http://members.lycos.nl/a= nthonyvh/index.php?page=3Dinclinometer. =20 Best regards, Anthony Website: http://members.lycos.nl/anthonyvh =09 --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
