Angles from what to what?  You are trying to make an electronic protractor?

Ah, so you want to measure angle relative to gravity?  You should have said
so up front.  Unless you get a very expensive accellerometer, you won't get
anywhere near 13 bits of repeatability.  MEMS accellerometers drift a lot.
