I didn't say it was just MS Office repackaged - you will have to learn how to use it - and of course they don't each have all the same features but each has its own, and both have the important ones. I basically found that switching to Open Office was about as much trouble as switching to a new major version of MS Office. > One disappointment is that the spreadsheet APPEARED to lack graphing > capabilities, which is a major feature for me in Excel. Only a very small percentage of people "need" MS Office. The only time I use it is when I use someone else's computer, then I get to play with Clippy :) Cheerful regards, Bob -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
