I buy from Electus (who are the wholesale arm of Jaycar) and their wholesale 
prices are far better than Jaycar retail. You need to open a  trade account 
and buy at least $NZ100 at a time but the prices make it worthwhile. Some 
material is 50% or less of retail.

Delivery is very good. Usually.
I ordered some material from their NZ branch on a Monday recently and it was 
dispatched on Monday afternoon in Sydney Australia and DHL had it across the 
Tasman (1500 miles by air) by Thursday evening. (2 hours time zone 
difference helps). BUT Courier Post, the NZ local couriers took 3 1/2 days 
and LOTS of beating to produce the package and then lied about what 
happened.
